The results of a representative survey of about 14 000 customers in 2016 signalled a noticeable improvement in their attitudes since the last survey in 2014. Customers responding to the survey indicated that they were especially satisfied with the high quality of Clariant’s products as well as the technical services provided. Clariant was seen as a reliable business partner and solutions provider by 81% of its customers. This was also highlighted by an improved Net Promoter Score, which serves as a strong indicator of customer loyalty. In the future, Clariant’s customers desire an even stronger support with innovative products and technical services.
